Singleton
Chris
Singleton is 31 years old and has been a police officer with the San Jose
Police Department since 1995 where he is currently assigned to the patrol
division. Chris lives in Gilroy,
CA with his
fiancée. He holds a Bachelors degree in Public Administration
from the University
of San Francisco.
Chris' hobbies include rock climbing, mountaineering, backcountry
skiing, backpacking and travel. He has climbed in Alaska,
Mexico, Russia, Kazakstan, and
extensively in California's Sierra
Nevada.
Chris
participated in Cops on Top 2002 and 2003 by organizing and leading California's Mt.
Whitney climb.

Kaley Erickson
Kaley Erickson, age 54, lives in Truckee, California. He is a retired Battalion Chief for the US
Forest Service. Kaley’s
climbing experience includes the summit of Denali (20,320 feet), Cotopaxi (19,347 feet), Orizaba
(18,700 feet), East (18,441 feet), and Elbrus (18,481
feet). He also reached the 19,000 foot
mark on Chimborazo.

Shane Lueddeke
Shane Lueddeke,
age 32, is a native of California. He attended the University of San Francisco
where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Shane has been a police officer with the San
Jose (CA) Police Department since 1995 and is currently assigned to patrol.
He enjoys travel and has
explored Western Europe, and to a greater extent Central and South
America. Shane’s hobbies
include backpacking, rock climbing, backcountry and alpine skiing, and
mountaineering.
Charlie Newman and Eric Culver
Officer Charlie Newman is
currently assigned to the Training Division of the Louisville Metro Police
Department in Kentucky,
where he is entering his 12th year of service. This experience helps him fulfill a lifelong
dream to be a police officer and to climb mountains. Charlie was a member of the Cops on Top 2001
Denali Expedition.
Officer Eric Culver is in
his 4th year of service with the Louisville Metro Police Department
in Kentucky,
following in the footsteps of his father who was a career detective with the
same department. Eric has been climbing
with Charlie for the last two years.
